At Cultural Fusion, each international order is carefully inspected by our Quality Control team before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We do not offer returns or physical exchanges on international orders.
- However, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please share the following for evaluation:
- Order Number
- Clear images of:
- The delivered article showing the issue
- Original packaging
- Invoice
Failure to provide the required information may result in claim rejection.
Store Credit (Refund Method):
- In approved cases, we will issue a store credit (coupon) of the same value
- The coupon will be:
- Valid on online store only
- Non-transferable
- No cash or card refunds are offered for international orders
Important Terms
- Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified
- If a customer refuses delivery, Cultural Fusion will not be liable to refund or compensate the order amount
- Please note: If there are any extra charges for remote areas, the customer will need to pay them in addition to the shipping charges.
Customs & Duties:
- Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility
- Cultural Fusion is not liable for:
- Customs delays
- Parcel holds
- Non-clearance due to missing documentation
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Customized Orders
Customized, altered, or made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case of incorrect measurements, customers must provide clear pictorial evidence, and our team will review the matter accordingly.
