At Cultural Fusion, each international order is carefully inspected by our Quality Control team before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We do not offer returns or physical exchanges on international orders.
  • However, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect article, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Please share the following for evaluation:

  • Order Number
  • Clear images of:
    • The delivered article showing the issue
    • Original packaging
    • Invoice

Failure to provide the required information may result in claim rejection.

Store Credit (Refund Method):

  • In approved cases, we will issue a store credit (coupon) of the same value
  • The coupon will be:
    • Valid on online store only
    • Non-transferable
  • No cash or card refunds are offered for international orders

Important Terms

  • Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified
  • If a customer refuses delivery, Cultural Fusion will not be liable to refund or compensate the order amount
  • Please note: If there are any extra charges for remote areas, the customer will need to pay them in addition to the shipping charges.

Customs & Duties:

  • Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility
  • Cultural Fusion is not liable for:
    • Customs delays
    • Parcel holds
    • Non-clearance due to missing documentation

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


Customized Orders

Customized, altered, or made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case of incorrect measurements, customers must provide clear pictorial evidence, and our team will review the matter accordingly.
